Skills & Requirements
Experience at least in one project, a Third- or First-Person shooter, action, role-playing based, combat or melee game, but it does not have to be a released one.
Work experience as a Programmer.
- Passion for making games.
- To have expert experience in Replication / Networking.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
- Good understanding of C++ in a game development environment.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 Blueprints visual scripting.
- Experience with game development tools and methods.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Team player and self-driven.
- Adopt existing development processes and look for improvements.
- Experience with Source Control.
- Good understanding of Physics.

- Implement desired visuals, including complex shader development, according to the game’s art style.
- Create VFX shaders with node-based unreal material editor.
- Create your own assets, textures, PBR materials, simulations, etc. to create outstanding VFX.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical art production issues.
- Work with the team to develop systems and tools to streamline art processes, workflows, and pipelines.
- Participate in pre-production planning to determine and address technical design requirements and issues.
Skills & Requirements
- VFX-related degree and/or comparable professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in video games creating real-time, next generation games and at least 1 shipped game.
- Must be a wizard with Unreal Engine.
- Advanced knowledge of programming theory and Blueprints.
- Complete understanding of 3D graphics principles and procedures.
- Highly skilled with Adobe Package, Maya, and/or another 3D suites.
- Competent with particle systems Niagara and/or Cascade.
- Excellent communication and time management.
The primary role of this position is to create realistic, photo-real characters for our projects, ensuring that all artwork meets the art direction requirements of the game whilst adhering to any technical restrictions. You will also be responsible for helping to define both the quality bar and optimal workflows for asset generation.
The main and routine tasks of this position are:
Using production design art packs and concept art along to create highly detailed character models.
Highly accurate modelling with superb attention to detail.
Good understanding of real-time hair creation and knowledge of skin shaders
Working closely with the art team to improve workflows and processes.
Taking ownership of larger art tasks and seeing them through to completion.
Collaborating with other disciplines such as lighting and VFX artists, graphics programmers and level designers to create a AAA game experience

A strong portfolio of work which demonstrates the ability to create photo-realistic character models, both at high and low resolutions.
At least one complete example of a real-time realistic character, including fully realized skin, hair and cloth.
Experience using the Unreal Engine would be an advantage, but not a necessity.

The Senior Technical Animator works in collaboration with the Animation Director, Technical Animation Director and Programmers to define and create the pipelines needed to produce high quality animation content. They offer guidelines and support for a team of animators, identifying technological improvements that maximize quality, performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with designers, animators and programmers to design and implement solutions for character animation and cinematics in engine.
- Develop scalable animation content production pipeline and tools that support our creative vision
- Establish rules and guidelines for animation content production
- Produce visual benchmarks that push technology forward and maximize quality
- Define performance budgets for specific components of the game
- Profile and optimize performance on console/PC
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Keep abreast of the industry’s technological developments and research cutting-edge solutions to apply them into the projects.
Skills & Requirements
What we’re looking for?
- At least two years of professional game development experience
- Familiar with combat/non-combat 2C solutions in high-quality FPS/TPS games.
- Strong technical proficiency with game development tools and technology
- Mastery of Motion Builder and Maya. Familiar with python
- Familiar with common animation techniques (BlendGraphs/MotionMatching, Control Rig/Fullbody IK, Rigging, FACS, etc)；
- Excellent understanding of animation content production, integration and validation
- Team player, highly collaborative and results oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility, high level of teamwork spirit and knows how to follow up on needs, good communication skills, and result oriented.
- Autonomous and proactive to develop highly efficient solutions
- Curious about learning and implementing new technologies based on industry trends
- Experience developing in and extending Unreal Engine 4-5 a plus
- Excellent ability to learn and apply technical research, good problem analysis and solving skills.
- Passionate about games, pay attention to user experience (including internal user experience of designers/operation/artists).
